We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF files. Make sure your design is high-resolution for the best print quality.
4. Can I see a proof of my design before it’s printed?
Yes, we provide digital proofs to ensure your design looks perfect before we proceed with printing.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimums for most custom apparel and graduation items! Party favors have a small quantity requirement.
6. What is your turnaround time?
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Rush orders are available for an additional fee and are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Party Favors and Graduation items are processed 2-4 weeks after order date. If you need them sooner, please contact us and let us know. A rush fee will apply.
7. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
8. What is your return policy?
Custom orders are non-refundable. If there is a mistake on our part, we are happy to replace the item at no additional charge.
