By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
✅ Order Timeline & Processing - All orders are processed based on the date needed, not the order date. - Processing time is 7-10 business days. - You will receive a proof for approval before your order is printed. - You have 48 hours to approve your proof. If we do not receive approval within that time, the order will be shipped as-is.
✏️ Proof & Design Changes - Minor changes (no additional fee): Spelling corrections, font choices, small color tweaks, photo placement, or adding/removing small design elements. - Major changes (subject to a $15+ additional design fee): Changing the entire theme, replacing an already-edited photo, switching items, or making multiple design changes.
❌ Cancellations & Refunds - Because all items are handmade and custom, no returns or cancellations are accepted once your order has begun. - If you cancel your event for any reason or change your mind about ordering after a design has been created, the $25 design fee will be forfeited. - You may update your theme or items ONLY IF your order has not been started.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery - All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. - We are NOT responsible for: - Delays caused by the shipping carrier - Damage incurred during shipping (claims must be made with the carrier) - Lost or stolen packages during or after delivery - Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout We’re here to help!
