Custom Design Fee Policy

At Kustom Wordplay, we charge a non-refundable custom design fee for creating original designs from scratch. This fee covers the time, creativity, and expertise it takes to bring your unique vision to life - outside of our pre-made, customizable templates.

Your custom design will be one-of-a-kind and exclusively yours so that means no one else will have it. Because the work begins as soon as the request is made, the fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to move forward with a final product (such as shirts or party favors).
